Introduction

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, on the km879 platform or any affiliated gaming operation.
• Not a km879 Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, agents of km879, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the km879 Services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes.

• One Account Rule: Each individual person may register and maintain only one km879 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. All accounts beyond the first will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. km879 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account Security: You must notify km879 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. km879 reserves the right to suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted.
• Non-Transferability: Your km879 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including a false date of birth or address, constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

4 KYC Verification

km879 is obligated to verify the identity and age of all Players as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is approved and may be requested at any time during your account lifetime.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or Indonesian Driving Licence (SIM). Documents must be government-issued, valid (not expired), and clearly legible in all submitted images.

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Indonesian photo ID showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

5 Deposits

km879 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• km879 reserves the right to request proof of the funding source and to refuse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to originate from unlawful activity.
• Deposits that are subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed by the payment provider will be deducted from the Player's Account, including any winnings derived from those funds.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real-Money Funds from your km879 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification is complete and your Account is in good standing.
• Bonus Wagering: Where Bonus Funds are active in your Account, withdrawals may not be processed until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the threshold will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal Methods: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, subject to method availability. km879 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically processed within 1–24 hours, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule and WIB business hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of transaction. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Right to Verify: km879 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct additional verification checks where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

km879 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: km879 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has abused the promotional system, including by opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk or risk-free wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time.
• Seasonal Promotions: km879 may offer seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are subject to limited availability and their own specific terms.
• VIP Programme: km879 operates a tiered VIP programme. Eligibility, tier criteria, and benefits are published separately. km879 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.

8 Player Conduct

You agree to use the km879 Services in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over km879 or other Players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event or gaming product.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing inefficiencies in the sportsbook. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are void and will be reversed.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening km879 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Providing fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents during the KYC process.

km879 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any prohibited conduct has occurred. Where criminal conduct is suspected, km879 may report the matter to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

12 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall km879's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Services exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by you and held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

• km879 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• km879 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• km879 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to properly secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your own negligence.
• km879 is not liable for any failures of third-party payment providers, banking networks, or internet service providers that affect the processing of your transactions.

13 Privacy

Your privacy is important to km879. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the km879 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the km879 Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

km879 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). km879 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

14 Termination

You may close your km879 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real-Money Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the settlement of any pending wagers.

km879 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Upon termination for cause, km879 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, km879 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account.

15 Amendments

km879 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, km879 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address, a platform notification upon login, or a prominent notice on this page. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the km879 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km879 holds its international gaming licence.
